Actor and activist George Clooney shares this Sunday’s show spotlight with Republican presidential rivals Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum. (Note to Mitt and Rick: the two of you together don’t add up to a Clooney.)

Both Clooney, who was arrested Friday in a protest at the Sudanese Embassy in Washington, and Romney, in a rare Sunday show appearance, are on “Fox News Sunday.” And Clooney appears as well on NBC’s “Meet the Press” and CNN’s “Fareed Zakaria GPS” to discuss his recent trip to war-ravaged Sudan and the U.S. role in the region.

NBC also has Arizona Sen. John McCain, the ranking Republican on the Senate Armed Services Committee and a key Romney supporter.

Santorum, who’s battling Romney for the lead in Tuesday’s GOP presidential primary in Illinois, is on ABC’s “This Week” and CNN’s “State of the Union.”

CNN also has House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan (R-Wis.), along with Anita Dunn, who was communications director early in the Obama White House, and Ed Gillespie, who was chairman of the Republican National Committee and counselor to former President George W. Bush.

Additionally, the Afghan ambassador to the United States, Eklil Hakimi, will discuss Afghanistan’s increasing rocky U.S. relations.

Gillespie also joins a political roundtable discussion on CBS’s “Face the Nation,” after interviews there with the current RNC chairman, Reince Priebus, and David Axelrod, a top strategist for President Barack Obama’s re-election campaign.
