ABC’s “This Week” will feature White House senior adviser David Plouffe and Romney campaign senior adviser Ed Gillespie in a discussion of the final days of the race, as well as the latest ABC poll numbers. The roundtable has ABC News’ George Will, Cokie Roberts, Donna Brazile, Matthew Dowd, and Ronald Brownstein of National Journal, with their election predictions.
“Meet the Press” on NBC has David Plouffe and House Majority Leader and representative from key battleground state Virginia, Rep. Eric Cantor (R), who will discuss the final days of the race as well. The roundtable will discuss how Superstorm Sandy may affect the race. Participants include Mayor Cory Booker(D-Newark), MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough, GOP strategist Mike Murphy, TODAY co-host Savannah Guthrie, and NBC special correspondent Tom Brokaw.
CBS’s “Face the Nation” will feature two different panels. The first panel, featuring Harvard’s David Gergen, National Review‘s Rich Lowry, Vanity Fair‘s Dee Dee Myers, The Wall Street Journal‘s Peggy Noonan and John Dickerson, discussing what trends have emerged in this year’s campaigns. The second panel, with Democratic pollster Anna Greenberg, Republican strategist Leslie Sanchez, Rothenberg Political Report’s Stu Rothenberg, University of Virginia’s Larry Sabato and CBS News Elections Director Anthony Salvanto, will discuss the campaign numbers.
Finally, on CNN’s “State of the Union,” Chicago Mayor and former White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel and key Romney adviser Ohio Sen. Rob Portman will present their final arguments for the respective campaigns. Then, former Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour, Democratic strategist Steve Elmendorf, CNN senior congressional correspondent Dana Bash and PBS’ Gwen Ifill will discuss the presidential campaign, as well as down-ballot races.
